1.Gas intrusion into the pressure system is an important cause of noise. Because the pressure system of the coin forming small press invades the gas, its volume is larger in the low-pressure area, and when it flows into the high-pressure area, it is shrunk, and the volume suddenly shrinks, but when it flows into the low-pressure area, the volume suddenly increases. The volume of this type of bubble The sudden change of the material produces an “explosion” situation, thus generating noise, which is generally referred to as “cavitation”. For this reason, an exhaust device is often provided on the pressure cylinder to facilitate exhaust. At the same time, after driving, it is also a common method to make the actuator reciprocate several times in a rapid full stroke;
2.The quality of the pressure pump or the pressure motor is poor, which is generally an important part of the noise obtained in the pressure transmission. The manufacturing quality of the pressure pump of the gold coin forming small press is poor, the precision does not meet the technical standards, the pressure and flow fluctuate greatly, the trapped oil situation cannot be handled well, the seal is not good, and the bearing quality is poor, etc. are all important reasons for the noise. In use, because the parts of the pressure pump are damaged, the gap is too large, the flow is insufficient, the pressure is easy to fluctuate, and it will also cause noise. To deal with the above reasons, one is to select a high-quality pressure pump or pressure motor, and the other is to strengthen inspection and maintenance. For example, if the tooth shape accuracy of the gear is low, the gear should be ground to meet the contact surface requirements; if the vane pump has trapped oil, The triangular groove of the oil distribution plate must be adjusted to deal with the trapped oil; if the axial clearance of the pressure pump is too large and the oil delivery is insufficient, it must be repaired to make the axial clearance within the allowable range; if the pressure pump is not used properly, it must be replaced ;
3.Improper adjustment of the reversing valve causes the spool of the reversing valve to move too fast, resulting in commutation impact, thus generating noise and vibration. In this case, if the reversing valve is a pressure reversing valve, the throttling element in the control oil passage must be adjusted to make the commutation stable without impact. During work, the spool of the pressure valve is applied to the spring. When its frequency is close to the pulse frequency of the pressure pump oil delivery rate or other vibration sources, it will cause vibration and noise. At this time, by changing the resonance frequency of the pipeline system, changing the position of the pressure regulating valve or adding an accumulator appropriately, the shock and noise can be reduced.
4.The speed control valve is unstable, for example, the valve core is stuck due to improper cooperation between the slide valve and the valve hole or the contact between the cone valve and the valve seat is stuck by dirt, the damping hole is blocked, the spring is tilted or fails, etc. The movement in the valve hole is not effective, causing system pressure fluctuations and noise. In this regard, attention should be paid to cleaning and draining the nipple; check the speed control valve, and if it is found to be damaged, or the damage exceeds the specified limit, it must be repaired or replaced in time;
