Product Introduction
STD series presses are produced by Qiaosen machinery,
it is applicable for general stamping, blanking, bending, punching and forming process of large multi-process thin panels, which can even work independently, connectively or paired up with the transfer robots device for production over the whole stamping line.
This model press machine built to meet or exceed JIS Class 1 accuracy standards. Unitized straight side frame, no angular deflection compare with C frame press. Forged 42CrMo alloy material crankshaft ，precision-machined gears and other drive train components are designed for smooth power transmission, quiet operation and long life.
Qiaosen STD series presses are adopts high strength steel frames and Quenching & Grinding Process for Slide-Guide，which can make the punching press machine have minimizing deflection and high accuracy and provide increased tool life. Wet clutch system are adopted，It has longer service life of the clutch system and easy maintenance. This model adopts design of central driving and 8-point guided slide that increase eccentric loading capability by 20%. And its makes the presses has the characteristics higher accuracy and stronger stability.
Standard configuration "Re-Circulating Oil lubrication", which have better heat dissipation, faster speed, more energy efficient and more environmentally friendly.
Siemens main motor and PLC match with user-friendly touch screen operation interface is standardized in all QIAOSEN’s presses, it provides ease of operation and expandable capabilities. Easy to integration with other automation system. Other brands of control can be furnished upon request.

● Forced thin re-circulating oil lubrication device, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, equipped with automatic alarm function, with better smoothness and heat dissipation, and better lubrication effect.
